No that is really the whole point of applying for a prepaid
MasterCard because you can only spend what you have previously paid to it.
Pre paid means you have previously paid money to the card supplier which allows
you to spend to that limit.
There have been a number of recent additions to
the pre paid mastercard market including Crystal, The Sun, Lloyds TSB and Virgin
to name a few.
With the market for pre paid mastercard's expanding rapidly
this is an ideal time to go and get one as there are some very nice deals
available.
